      Mr. and Mrs. Edgar A Boyer will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary at their home in New York avenue on Friday. A family dinner will be held in the evening present at which will be the four daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Boyer, Mrs. Edward Letham, the Misses Evangeline, Alice and Anne Boyer, and four sons, Bernard, Paul, Gerald, and Edgar Jr.

      Mrs. Boyer is the former Miss Blanche Valley, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Valley. She was married to Mr. Boyer at a ceremony performed by the late Msgr. P. O. Larose at Notre Dame Church April 8, 1913. Mr. and Mrs. Boyer resided here after their marriage. Mr. Boyer being a member of the National Bank staff at the time.

      They lived in Jackson, Michigan a few years before moving to Massena where they resided five years. Severl years ago they returned to Ogdensburg when Mr. Boyer opened a Securities office in the Burke building at the corner of Ford and Isabella streets.

      Friends of the couple will extend congratulations upon the happy occasion they are soon to observe.

      Mrs. Blanche Boyer of this city and William Stephenson of Russell were married Friday evening (Aug. 14) in St. John's Church by the Rev. Canon Geroge A. Palmer, rector of the church. The bride's son, Stillman Duprey, and daughter, Mrs. Milfred Logan, attended the couple. Mr. and Mrs. will reside in the home which they bought at 312 Clark St. after Sept. 1.
