BRIG. GEN. C. T. CRESSWELL DIES
Pittsburgh, PA., Aug 29 -- Brig. General Charles T. Cresswell of Philadelphia, commander of the Pennsylvania Reserve Militia, died at a hospital here this afternoon. He had been in the hospital since Aug. 22, where he underwent an operation for appendicitis.
