US Ho. Of Reps. (Democrat, filled vacancy) from Md., 11th-13th, 15th-16th congresses, Oct. 15, 1810-15, 17-21; served in War of 1812. Died Frederick, Md., Oct. 18, 1829; buried Fountain Rock Cemetary.
