Shirley's Father Robert Riddle Snyder was stationed at Pearl Harborwhen the Japanese Bombod on 7 Dec 1941. She was there when PearlHarbor was Bombed. The two buildings that she should have been attook direct hits from the Japanese. THose two buildings were theChurch that the Family attended and the dispensary which is where shewas going to go after she fainted that morning.
