The only record of a child named Frank Coy in the Columbiana County, Ohio vital records between 1867 and 1900 is for the death record of Frank Coy who died at age 6 on 25 June 1889 in Leetonia having also been born in Leetonia. This does not equate with the birth date for Frank Sherman Coy which Mrs. Bush Packey identified, however, though there is no record of the source from which she obtained that birthdate.
