  According to the Columbiana County, Ohio Probate Records, 14-day-old Arthur Coy, resident of Hanover Twp., died there due to spasms. According to Dorothy Ann Hagan, her mother, Mary Ellen Coy Hagan, did have a brother, Arthur, who died in infancy. This is the only record found that substantiates that although the death record does not identify the child's parents.
